Local Pickup

Do you offer local pickup?

Yes! Local pickup is available at:

How does local pickup work?

After your order is completed, you will receive a fulfillment message coordinating the date and time of pickup.

Shipping

Where do you ship?

Currently, we do not offer international shipping, but we do ship anywhere in the United States!

What postal service do you use?

Orders are shipped via USPS.

How long does shipping take?

Once fulfilled, most orders arrive within 3-7 business days, depending on location.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping costs are determined based on the weight of the package and location it is being shipped to. Free shipping is offered on orders of $75 or more!

Returns & Exchanges

Do you accept returns and exchanges?

We do not offer returns and exchanges on any of our items. With safety and hygiene in the forefront of this policy, we want to be able to guarantee every item you purchase from us is fresh and unused. By adhering to this strict policy we can proudly maintain the integrity of our products, which we believe to be in the best interest of both our customers and our business.

Please carefully read product descriptions and ingredients before making a purchase. We are also always here to assist you and provide any additional information you may need, so please do not hesitate to reach out with any questions and concerns you may have.

What if my product arrives damaged?

If you have received a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will be happy to assist you in resolving this issue.

As melting is a natural characteristic of tallow, and does not affect its quality or efficacy, we do not deem it defective or damaged and therefore cannot accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds for products that have melted during shipping.
