If you have received a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will be happy to assist you in resolving this issue. As melting is a natural characteristic of tallow, and does not affect its quality or efficacy, we do not deem it defective or damaged and therefore cannot accept returns or offer refunds for products that have melted during shipping.

Care Instructions
For best results, store in a cool, dry place and avoid direct sunlight. Use clean, dry hands to prevent contamination. Natural variations in texture are normal for small batch, handcrafted skincare.
Warm Weather: During hot weather, please be aware that tallow products may become a semi-solid or liquid state. This is a natural response to higher temperatures.
Resolidification: If your tallow product melts at any time, place it in a cool area until it returns to room temperature again. Although its appearance and texture may change, this will not affect the quality or efficacy of the product.
